The reed block is really nasty and needs a lot of clean up work.
Luckily you can do about 85% with a triangular file then use emery cloth to finalise things
You only need a 34~36mm carb, can't remember jetting.
Match the transfer ports to crankcase and check they are fully uncovered when piston is at BDC.
You can also take about 0.75mm off top of piston so transfers open earlier.
'Boost port' at rear of cylinder needs work
