Vintage NOS Shocks

Saw these on eBay:

Are they worth it, or should I pass? Am I just getting ripped off, and would be better off buying OEM parts from the dealer?

Looks identical to OEM Showas on Honda CLs, you can see the Made in Japan label. Used ones are a dime a dozen but these are NOS so you're paying for shiny new chrome.
