Sorry to make a thread here for this, but I can't seem to get help using the 'contact us' button with any success.
I'm here on my laptop logged in, but cannot for the life of me get my phone to login. I've tried to reset my password and it seems to accept my email, but I never get an email to reset.
I've tried to hack my own account by using the "change password" function while logged in to the laptop, but it doesn't take any current-passwords I've used.
What can be done to reset my password AND allow multi-device login? I've got some more photos and info to share but am limited by my access points.
As a side note - I've seen some folks create new user names because they can't log into old accounts. Is this a system wide issue or a problem with a few of us dimmer witted folks?
