Wheel bearing spacer cb650

I installed new all balls wheel bearings for my cb650, well not that I put the rear back together the hub spacer doesn't fit.....it's too large and won't allow the hub to seat all the way. Am I missing something?

Is the LHS wheel bearing (the one with the retainer) fully seated? I think that one goes in first, then the spacer and RHS bearing.


Or has the spacer maybe fallen out of the sprocket carrier as you've tried to put it into the cush drive?

well from what I can see the rhs bearing is flush and the inner spacer And lhs bearings are all touching (but not binding), so that all seems correct.
Any chance that the all balls bearings are wider then the stock ones?

Are the bearings the same size from right to left?
Otherwise the left one hasn't seated fully
How is the internal spacer? Is it flopping around inside the hub? If so then there is a sure sign that the bearings aren't seated fully

The two wheel bearings are the same size and to hub bearing is larger. The center spacer is taught but movable with some hard finger pressure.

Figured it out.........I had the wrong spacer. Found the right one in another set of rims.
