Wheel/Tyre Learning Resource?

Does anyone have any links to resources where I can learn about tyre and wheel sizing and effects on handling? Also maybe some practical stuff about swapping out wheels. I'm thinking something similar to the stickies on engines, carbs and electrics in the sub-forums here. I have searched google and not come up with anything of much use.
