Why is my Honda chirping?!

Been Around the Block
1972 honda CL350. I recently replaced the rubber intake manifold and gasket on the right side, the previous one had a small tear that was making it run a little choppy. When I got everything back together and started it, it made a chirping/squeaking sound. Somewhere between a bird and a mouse. So I stopped it and made sure the manifold was seated well on the engine. Then I tried kickstarting it and it still squeaked. It still squeaked when the ignition was off as well.

I checked and adjusted my valves and cam chain. I lubricated my points and made sure my alternator isn’t rubbing. I pulled the tach cable to make sure it wasn’t squeaking. The only thing that stops the squeak is removing the right spark plug. I tried swapping them to see if it was an issue with a plug washer.

What am I missing? Is there a bird in my gas tank or something? Really hoping it’s not something bigger.
