will any other engines fit in a CB350 frame?

Maybe like RD350, RZ350/banshee? I'm just starting to get the rolling chassis together and I was wondering if anyone has heard or attempted. I mean, know with enough work ANYTHING can fit, but ya know. Just curious.

RD / RZ chassis is a far better chassis than your CB that's it's a downgrade.

yeah the cb350 is unsuiitable far any swap at all ...it takes ....cant you see that just lookin at it ?

unless you are a darn good AND have extensive backround or a job working in,in design and welding on steel structural anything really pref in real time ,not in gig skit on xbox4 ,even bridge designer,tubing and frames ....shit a cb350 frame is just about the number one dumbest frame to do major fabriction on its over half formed sheet metal .you cant just start cutting and welding you have to know or learn before you try,but if you had a single clue or experience you would have seen that this whole fucking im gonna grind and weld me a calf-hey motorcycle ,which hb welder should i buy i ?...s not really funny anymore
taking a motorcyle and making major changes is not a good first welding project.... common sense is what it is motherfuckers just dont have common sense canymore
there are a lot boxex to tick to fit an engine to a dif frame what you end up with is the frame it came in

if you dont already have any of those skills you should at least have a basic understanding of the force of gravity and the laws of motion and an insight tp mmechanical devices and the concept of structure vs design and what a cut piece of metal feels like in your hands
i mean how has this country gotten to this? why haven't these young already know how to weld ?in jr high and high school HALF the fucking kids had built stuff in shops boys and girls

This is just a fun bike project for me. I don't race. If I want to go fast I have a bike for that. If I want to cruise, I have a bike for that too. And if I want to get dirty, yes, I have a bike for that as well. I was looking to do something different not all out balls to the wall. I like pulling in somewhere and have people "what in the... wait, is that a... huh?" I'll give you that a banshee motor might be a little ridiculous... going 120 mph on almost 50 year old engineering is not a great idea. I'm not a complete retard, only partial... because you never go full retard

Back to the original topic, I think anything not oil injected will be more of an annoyance than anything. I don't want to be practicing the inexact science of premixing at the pump and fouling plugs. I'd also rather not mess with a radiator. I've owned a couple RDs so I think the 350 is the best choice. Maybe the 250 bottom end with 350 jugs. The shorter 250 gearbox makes for a wheelie monster. I might schlep the frame up to the local vintage shop and see exactly what it looks like and how much trouble i'd be in for. Cause, ya know, why not.

EDIT: I do have access to a stellar welder who makes many custom bikes and is an rising star in the chopper world, so getting the frame braced and appropriately modified isn't an issue. A man's got to know his limitations!
