wobble after hitting a bump due to flexing frame?

is that half inch above stock height really going to make a big difference? by the way, i like the ride height much better now, i don't feel as goofy as i did before (i'm a pretty tall guy 1m90)

a half inch with an overly sprung shock could be 1-1/2 , study up on suspension setup/tune, static sag, rider sag, wheel rate, fases of saturn etc
you are being lazy trying to get all the answers without actually studying the subject

What he is saying ^ is that sure, it's a half inch when the bike is sitting by itself, but when you're sitting on it, the difference in height could be significantly more between the two set ups.

Sorry, just clarifying

Yup, yup. I went +1" with stiffer shocks on my CB360 and didn't care for that feeling at all.

the lazy fuck i am i'm just going to get used to how the rear sits. also i don't feel like buying other shocks because these are a bit longer and stiffer. i rather grind off and relocate the shock mounts (that's a joke). Anyway, going to stiffen the front a bit with spacers and ride enough to get used to how hard i can push my homemade deathtrap.

next i'll need to focus on the brakes because the front cable-disc brake won't save my life and the rear brake is just there to trigger my brakelight -_-

I feel ya, brother. All this talk about your bike has me wondering if I effed up mine. I knew what changes would do, but I didn't think it was a bad thing. After these guys talk about bad feelings, it makes me question. Maybe when I get the motor in mine, I'll find out. Pushing it down the hill now, it feels fine. :o
