WTB: CB350 Motor

Looking for a motor for a build, needs to be in decent shape, but doesn't need to be a runner.

I Will travel as far as London or Gravenhurst (Ontario) for pickup.

Let me know what's available and how much.

I'm in toronto and i have one for $100. The motor mount at the top has been shaved off but I know where to get a replacement.
The motor was running when removed from the bike.
