Thanks for the reply. I definitely want a 160 tank. The one I had on the race bike was from a vertical 175 (vs sloper fame) which caused the fracture. Even if you had a spare BMW tank it would probably fracture again.Hearin ya, but can't help. Only one tank here... for a BMW... and the ol girl would never forgive me if I sold her gas tank!
Im pretty flush in parts and fames. All I would probably be interested in would be is a gas tank and a crank or two. It it were a CL175 K0 I'd like the transmission, cylinders and head too.However, I may know somebody in Ohio who has an entire CB160 that he'd let go.
