Not sure but they email deals everyday, sometimes twice. I ordered a helmet for my son and wife and saved over 200.00 over buying the same local, after shipping etc. I got a bunch of little parts as well. Shipped fast and reasonable to Canada too.

I've used them before. Not always the lowest price but they do business well. I haven't had any surprises.

I've had mixed results.

For small parts and such they've been fine.

Then I ordered a nice helmet and the wrong one showed up. They fixed their mistake, but it took them 9 days to get me the correct item.

I was a little ticked that I had to wait that long for them to get me my helmet when it was their mistake and they already had my $400+.

It seems to me that if you want to keep a customer, you should fix your goof with the red label and get it fixed ASAP.
