Darren is out Richmond way, but those brackets could be made remotely. Ideally you would drop them off to him though so he can get the measurements etc stop on.

To get the best job I would drop the frame and rear sets off to him. Not sure if the frame is in that state though. Worst case a pic of the frame and dimensions.

Have these. Come with all brackets, spacers, splined pieces, linkage to bolt on and go. Rearsets are fully indexable/adjustable, machined from 6061 billet. $225 + the ride.

Jarred makes those - will they fit the early frame though? Might be worth confirming the mounting hole spacing against the measurements posted up earlier:
