XS750 Mikuni MKII carb rejetting???

Less is more
The bike is a 79 XS750 special with Mikuni MKII carbs. I am running pod filters and a modified 3-1 Jardine that has been shortened and added a cone engineering muffler. I added a picture of what it looked like when I was test fitting it. Now the exhaust is about 4 inches shorter, welded, sand blasted, painted, and mounted correctly.

At idle I'm running very lean and she will only run if the full choke is on. I need to know what pilot and main jets I should start with during the rejetting process? What has worked for you with a similar setup?

The jets that are in the carbs are what came stock on the bike. I need to know roughly where to go from here.
