Yamaha SR500 Alloy Swingarms on eBay

It sure looks nice, but two problems with it:
a) $420 asking price is WAY too high. For that much you could make most any swingarm work on an XS650.
b) it's coming from Taiwan. We've all seen those very nice looking piggy-back gas shocks on eBay for $130 that have horror stories about breaking. I wouldn't trust this swingarm personally but am more than willing to be shown otherwise.

First off , these are made in Thailand, not Taiwan. Secondly, they are made for the Japanese aftermarket, and the quality is there.
They are being used on many SRs here, as well as in club racing. I have never seen one fail in any way.
If you want to mess around, you can surely cobble a second hand arm into your bike. On the other hand, If you want a quality piece that is going to fit straight away at a fair price, this is it.

I'd love to see/hear more about these particular swingarms. When I look at the feedback on the eBay seller, there's no feedback associated with this product, and in fact no feedback in the last 4 years on anything at all.
Do you have a website detailing the manufacturing, materials, user testamonials etc. for the swingarm? I can't see many people plunking down $420 + shipping for a swingarm with no details, no feedback etc.

I just figured buying and selling from the manufacturer could be considered affiliation...
Anyway, I have no real place here, I don't have a bike this swingarm would fit, so I'll leave it at that.
