and all i need for the rear brakes i think is the linkage to the drum and the stabilizer bar or whatever that one that stays solid is. So if you guys happen across those parts let me know... it might save my life!!! haha. I think i have the pedal laying around here somewhere.
thanks for the tip. All it needs is a couple parts, which again is why i said right above your post i will most likely be adding it as i source the parts, but that it wasnt a priority. and AGAIN... i understand how brakes work and how the rear brake works.

hahaha. cool, thanks guys. im familiar with riding and the use of a rear brake. As stated.... for its first outting it most likely will not have a rear brake, but eventually it will get one im sure. but enough of that, glad you guys like it. and the bike is historic in my state which...
i have one bar end mirror i might put on it, haha. We shall see. I wont be riding it on highways much and even still ive gotten pretty comfortable riding bikes with no mirrors over time... but you're right, i will probably end up putting one on.

so what happened was. i got a gas tank bank from my painter freind. and then i put it on, that is the only progress that has been made...
