This 1997 SR250 I have after few years of sitting in shed has baked in front brake piston and stripped bleed screw. I'm looking at affordable replacement but all I can find is NOS parts for couple of hundred dollars. Is there aftermarket part that will fit on that fork holes/disc?

I'm upgrading my SR with m.unit and I'm not sure what to do with brown wire from reg/rect. On stock it shorts to 12V when ignition is on. Should I use one of the aux outputs for it or use it as stock..splice it from ignition lock on side that goes to m.unit?

I need some help finding fault.
It is SR250 with open exhaust and pod filter. Pod filter is fitted onto old air hose to eliminate turbulence. Carb is rejeted, plug is dark brownish. Throttle response is ok trough all ranges.
