I cut all the frame mounts out from under the tank, welded in a flat piece of metal with 10mm studs welded in. Then I made a custom harness after I mounted the electronic components. All LED, except h4 headlight. The system is very lean.

You did a great job explaining your self there, but I don not feel you should even F'en have too. This is your build thread and you did not ask anyone their opinion or how to do this. You have shown you have the knowledge and will to do this project. People should just lay off. - 4pm rant at work.

HOLY HOT SAUCE! :o that is looking great! How many hours of design work do you have in that frame. Did you use any CAD to help develop your idea, run any FEA on it. This thing must be better than a stock frame and almost every way, it would be nice to have some tangible numbers to hold over...
