Peal off most of the gasket by hand then Put a sheet of fine sand paper on a nice flat surface and slide the boot back & forth till the reaming is gone.

I've never had anyone have an issue with these updated rotors, they have been in service on the street as well as the track and have preformed flawlessly.

That's a very common issue; You need to carefully pick the seal out with a pointy hooked tool (being careful not to scrape or dig into it) once you get it out, you'll likely find allot of buildup of solidified fluid & corrosion. You will need to scrape all that out with that same pointy hooked...

As far as I know, Yamaha was the only one. They had just broke into the 4 stroke market and were doing some pretty cool stuff back then.
