haven't gotten a chance to look at it yet. but if the headlight power was coming direct from alternator then wouldn't the bulb not light up when the engine wasn't running? my headlight will turn on when the bike is off.

i've got a '75 cl360 with bare bones electrical but since i ditched most of the wiring i've burnt out my h4 halogen headlight. is there a resistor or something i need to put in to prevent this from happening? thanks guys.

thanks for the info guys. the mechanic did measure the cylinders. i don't remember what the measurement was but he said it was significant. he recommended going up two piston sizes to compensate. anybody know a source for cl360 oversize pistons?
