    Colorado Crew!!!!!

Hello everyone! I'm in Westminster right off 104th. I've got a 80 CM400 daily rider and a CL175 project. Looking forward to meeting up sometime for a ride or just to turn some wrenches.

Alright fenders will stay, at least the front one. I might make a fiberglass mold for the back and cut it at the back of the seat. The original one is to nice to cut up. I polished the front one and it looks great. Those pics are awesome, thanks for sharing

CL350 Tracker / Brat build - First timer

I say go for it and have fun. Just keep what you pull off and don't cut it all up past being able to put it back to stock if you want.

I'm thinking just throw some dirt bike tires on it and pull the fenders. Cut down and recover the seat, then side mount the brake light. Then just fix and clean the rest.

I had to clean and organize the shed I pulled it out of. It took me about 7 hrs and in the end he was able to park his tracker in there which is what he wanted. Well worth it!!!!

The exhaust is in perfect shape and its my favorite part of the bike. Really the only thing wrong so far is a rust filled tank. How do I do that electrolysis thing again. I can dig around for it but was hoping someone had a quick link.

I found it while hunting this year. A buddy of mine has access to this huge farm in northeastern Colorado and I spotted it in the shed as we were headed out one morning. So after having plenty of time to myself sitting in the woods, I decided to talk to the owner. He agreed to sell it to me for...

Yeah, clean title in hand! I already have a 80 CM400 that is cafe racer styled, but this is such a better platform for it. But I really want something that is just down and dirty that I can take anywhere.

So I just picked up this 72 CL175 for $50 and don't know what to do with it. Should I keep it mostly stock and just clean it up or rip it apart and build a brat/tracker out of it. It runs but needs the tank cleaned out do to some rust. I am fully aware that I'm entering dangerous waters asking...
