FYI, I emailed Lo-Ko about their powder coating services. They charge about $200 to blast and powder a frame and about $15 to blast and coat smaller pieces (depending on the color, I'm guessing black is the cheapest). Expect 1 to 1.5 week turnaround time...I hope that info helped out...
