Hey guys,
I got a quick question in regards to table syncing carbs..
When using the 1/8 drill bit technique, which side do you gap from...engine or intake?
Also, how far down should the idle screw be when doing this?
Hey guys,
I have a two pairs of factory shocks from a Honda CB550 that are blown out. I've been having trouble finding info on how to rebuild them or if it's even possible to rebuild these factory shocks. Any help would be greatly appreciated....Thanks
well, I ended buying some carb rebuild kits....I found them pretty cheap online....$14.00 a piece actually.
.....replaced everything other than the needles(wasn't sure how to)..... drilled out the old jets two over....put the pod filters on and the bike runs rough.
...hmm...no surprise...
well, they need to be cleaned, rebuilt...adjusted, tweaked...or just tossed.
...I ended getting a set from a buddy of mine....this set is in way better shape.
.....i guess you could say it was a barn find...only this guy has close to 60 bikes in his barn....and parts galore.
...right now we're just trying to get it running right.....carb issues.
