The GR650 is a really difficult to find bike, unfortunately its for all the wrong reasons. my dad owned one of these, and he spent half the time getting the electrics to work... they only made it for one year so parts are not easy to come by either..
I think its a pretty essential tool for getting a bike with no ownership into your name in ontario, and I know a lot of people would benefit from it, so does ANYONE have the file saved so it can be used by the greater public?

Does this process work even if the bike has never been registered in ontario before?? I have a bike from the states that has never been registered since it was brought up from south dakota, would they accept one of the affadavits if they look into the UVIP and see there has been no evidence of...
