What headlight is that?

Cleaned up some other pieces of the frame I cut off that Im going to repurpose and use. Going to try and get a set of Shinko 705's to fit. I have to check the rear if there is enough room for a 4.10-18. It looks like there is so hopefully that will work.

Got the frame cut up some. Tacked in the new backbone peice. Its some 1-3/8" DOM I had at the shop left over from a friends Jeep. Sleeved 4" into the stock frame and drilled some holes in the stock frame for some plug welds. Ill plug weld and then fully weld it in after its all mocked up...

My new sprockets are on the left. Custom Aluminum sprockets made for a 520 chain.

Im not sure how much or if at all you are planning on stretching the bike but I used the same kit on my KZ400. I tacked the new axle plates to my stock swingarm and used the swingarm as my "jig". It gave me 4.5" of stretch which was right around what I wanted so it worked out.

I got my tires mounted up. Defidently a unique look.

I didnt have alot of seat time on the bike but I have kept in contact with the new owner and he hasnt had any problems with the bike.

My tires are mounted up but Im in boston for the weekend so I wont have them on the bike till late tomorrow or monday.

There is a metal sleeve in a rubber bushing in the eye right? Im pretty sure I just removed the metal sleave and ran the bolt on the bushing. for the bottom mount I cut down the mount to fit the 3/4" width.
