Howdy everyone. Im pretty new to motorcycles (been riding for 6 months) but Im determined to get my hands greasy ;D Heres my newest ride a 1985 Honda Shadow 500c and I'm gonna bob her and then get my greedy mitts on a cafe :)

Thankyou for the answers. I was incredibly worried about the shaft and handling alone and completely forgot how the frame and forks might react from the stress. Thanks again. Hopefully I'll have it out of the shop running again so I can get to work on the rear fender and seat :)

So basically I picked up a cheap VF400 and it needs a lot. Top of my list is a carby as it came with only 3, new screen for the front fairing and new sprockets. Ill be turning it into a track/stunt bike. Any help is appreciated :)
