I'm going to use this as my main thread/bike log for my 1974 CB360.
Brief background:
- Owned it for 1 year now. Bike looked clean and original when I got it (picture attached)
- Rode for 1 year without any major changes. Just oil changes and plugs.
Things I found so far to do:

Took my forks off to replace the seals and found that the top bridge/triple was cracked... seems like a common problem.
Can these be welded? Should I even consider that?
On the hunt for a replacement, advice on alternatives from other Honda models would be helpful to widen the search...

My front breaks started to squeal like a pig. Came on suddenly after riding in the rain. The rotor looks like it is glazed, so I'm looking for some advice on the best practices for de-glazing. I'd prefer not pull the caliper off just yet, but if doing just the rotor is not good enough then...
