Both bikes look great!

Not totally sure where I'm gonna go with the seat honestly. The stock one is big but doesn't look horrible to me. Way more comfy and with my long legs helped to give me some more room. I have a second seat to experiment with though! Fun fun haha! Sooner or later I'll make my mind up ha.

You mean the front master cylinder? Yes master cylinders from other bikes will work. Just make sure it's the right size for your handlebars and the right piston size. I grabbed a nissin unit off eBay with the appropriate sizes. Mine came off a newer suzuki. Just have to do some searching. Nice...
