My girlfriend went to London this week and I made her promise to get a photo in front of the Ace for me. I guess they arent used to good looking women there. One old guys even walked into one of the shots for a pic and kissed her on the cheek! So now I have a photo of some geezer with his arm...
Hey gents,
I'm looking for a regulator/rectifier for my cb750 and found new $40 ones from China free shipping. Or there are $120 ones here at home. Does it really matter if they're cheap China made ones or not? Thanks.
Here's the link...
Hey guys, this feels like a really dumb question. Just wondering the best way to attach a brat style seat on a 74 cb750? It has these stock hinges on one side that I'm planning on using but not sure that's enough as the seat lock on the other side mounts too high for the seat. What do you guys...
I got a basket 1974 750K4 that the owner had in pieces laying around in his yard and was going to send it for scrap. He had taken EVERYTHING apart and couldn't find some of it. I have never worked on a 750 before so with no prior knowledge in how it came apart it should be interesting. I gave...
Hey dudes,
I have a quick question. I've got a CL engine and like the side exhaust look. I have 2 CB350 frames with motors but would the CL motor be a direct swap?
One CB is a G model so I think I'm going to rebuild that somewhat stock even though it's a complete basket case.
Thanks.
Ok. So I bought an X5 Megacycle cam with high comp pistons, titanium keepers, lightened 5.5mm valves, HD springs. Basically a race motor.
I put on my degree wheel and set to TDC and put in a spark plug screw in piston stop from Princess Auto. Turned degree wheel to the left and got 70. Turned...
I've got a set of CB360 Cam followers that I had refinished. Turns out they were for a spare motor that I had sold. If anyone wants these make me an offer not including shipping.
Selling a pair of 32mm Mikuni's. Brand new still in the box Bought them in a bulk order from Sonrier for my cb350. Was going to use as a racer but decided not to and this size will probably be too big for street use on my smaller bike. If you're using them on bigger bike or as a 350 racer...
Hi guys,
I've got a bunch of 360 and a couple 350 project bikes that are down to frames/motors/parts. I don't need this many of the same bike. I've got one really nice 350 that I'm keeping. Also have 4 registered to me as first owner and I'm only 35 y/o. lol. Might part with them but you'd...
I just got a 1985 Interceptor 500 and a 1988 Ninja 750. Both need a little TLC. I just got them the other day and already have a chance to trade them for 2 RD 400's! Guy says one is running and in decent shae the other is almost ready for safety. They look alright.
Should I go for the deal? I...
I just got my cam followers back. Sent out 36 of them to be resurfaced whether they needed it or not. Question though. Some of them were pretty worn. I figured they'd have to be welded or something. The company that did them just ground them all down to the same profile. Don't they have to be...
There's is a stock CB/CL/CJ cam chain guide set on ebay right now if anyone's interested.

I've got a prototype order in now for aftermarket CB 360 Cam Chain Guides. The more I get made up at a time, the cheaper they get. I'm taking pre orders for the guides. I'm not sure how fast they'll go but I'm figuring pretty darn quick! So you can reserve yours now.
They'll be coming in a...
So I'm putting my engine together for my cb 350 and could really use some advice on "degreeing in a cam" and checking for clearences etc. I've looked at videos and stuff but they're kind of confusing. I've got a lot of money into my little "race motor" with an X5 camshaft, 67.5 mm pistons, 5.5...
Ok, so I've seen so many people looking for these tensioners that it makes me wonder if there are actually any aftermarket ones out there? If not I guess it's cause the 360 isn't popular enough? I find that hard to believe though. Comments?
Led me to think about getting some aftermarket ones...
So angry. I just picked up my cb 350 hub from the machinst who chewed up my bearing race trying to make a tool for it. A third one trashed. Was pretty upset with the guy and still didn't get my tool made! Really stupid thing was that it turns out the tool that I bought for the rear bearing race...
Every journey begins with a first step. Mine was a letter from the Ministry of Transportation stating that I'd lose my M2 if I didn't complete my testing. Problem is that the ex took my bike and I hadn't rode since. So I figured I'd buy a cheap bike. Fix it up and do the test. That rabbit hole...
I went to install the X5 cam from megacycle in my cb350 today and the part that bolts onto the sprocket won't squeeze through the cam case opening. It's a tiny bit too small. Not sure but can I grind out a touch to get it too fit or will that cause a leak somehow? Can't see why it would. Or am I...
Well I bought 11 motorcycles that I had to get registered. Went in today and 4 of them came up as unlisted so they've put them in my name as first owner. So now I'm the first owner of 4 bikes and I wasn't even born yet! How cool is that?
