    Bar end signal?

I have removed the stock signals and installed a set of bar end signals on a 1970 cb350k. With only the one set of lights they won't flash unless you reconnect the rear ones (which I don't want). I admit that I'm not the smartest when it comes to electrical issues so how do I fix this? Thanks!
