    Just to clarify, the only items I used out of the stainless bolt set and the gasket set are the bolts/gaskets for the clutch and points covers.

    Interchangeable Petcock Seal and Strainer? CB500T

    Good luck finding any petcock related for that bike. I eventually just replaced my whole petcock with aftermarket stuff. The bung on the tank is an odd size that not much else seems to use.

    Nice, I have a 500t I'm doing right now too. Did you powdercoat the wheels completely built or did they lace them up after? For the gauges I'm using a TrailTech Vapor. built a little bracket to mount it right in front of the upper triple tree. Really clean and low, but I have clipons as well...

    PAMCO Ignition CB450

    I have one on my 500t. No problems, seems to work just fine. Bike wasn't running before I installed it so no idea if there is any improvement though.
