    problem getting the oil seals out of my forks

    i cant seem to get the oil seals out of my fork lowers on my 1978 CB750K8... everything came apart just fine, but when the fork tubes came out of the lowers, then didnt take the oil seals with em. i have the c-clip removed, so its not that. what am i forgetting?
