"La Pastinaca" CB450 498cc Big Bore Engine Built By DWMS Racing!

Re: "La Pastinaca" CB450 498cc Big Bore Engine! Before and after photos! Beautiful build! Where did you get the manifolds to run Mikunis? I think the hole to hole spacing on the intake manifolds for the CB450 was an odd size (64-65mm)..

    71 CB350 Project (Sold!)

Re: 71 CB350 Project (SHE'S ALIVE!!!!) Hey. Nice build. What size pilots are you running, and what needle setting are you on? My VM's I am running a 130 mains, with 22.5 pilots, and needle in the middle position. It feels great from 5.5upward, but slightly hesitant under 5.5K.

    Early vs. late CB350 engine

Hello, I have a 1971 CB350 I noticed my bike revs out at 9200 RPM, while my buddies revs out at 10500RPM. Do the engine have different camshafts? Just wondering if the bikes have different internal parts. If they do, are they compatible? Thanks Marco

    CB350 rear-sets and exhaust

Hey guys. I think I would like to go that route. Could you post your picture please? Also wheres a good place to get a collector and nice muffler? I am not sure a standard Dunstall style pipe will flow both pipes. I really dig the muffler on the "poquito mas" bike. Thanks Marco

    CB350 rear-sets and exhaust

Hey guys, I just bought my rear sets from Motobits and I am overall pretty happy (except for the threaded rod for the rear brake, it flexes like crazy). I currently have a 2-2 exhaust with small canisters. The rear-sets pose a problem with my height though, I am 6-3. So to be comfortable and...

    Carburetor upgrade. 1971 CB350. Who's done it?

Hey guys. My carburetors are giving me problems. The bike runs pretty well, but after some tuning and investigating I discovered the carburetors are not same left to right. The fuel adjustment screw is different(the whole casting). Has anyone upgraded to flat slides or round slides? Did you pull...

1971 CB350 charging system problems. please help!

Well it happened a while ago. I got the bike running (cleaned carburetors, set timing, adjusted valves). It would start pretty much first kick. The forks were leaking so I decided to rebuild them. It took me about two weeks to get around to it (didn't start bike for about 2 weeks). I tried to...
