just picked up this steel tank, it is the same length as my fibreglass saiad tank but different shape. which is better? thanks

The tank on the bike looks better, but if that's fibreglass and the blue one is steel, I'd be inclined to go the steel one.


I've heard nothing but trouble from people running fibreglass tanks with pump gas.

blacked out the engine today. will finish sanding the fin edges tomorrow. next up is the new loaded gun rearsets and bullet indicators

The gold tanks looks better by a country mile. Properly lined a fg tank should be OK.

here are the new rearsets, much simpler and heaps better looking than the modern looking ones I had on before.

Painted the engine, sanded the fins, new indicators and rearsets. Next step is a ribbed tyre for the front and a more classic looking tread for the rear tyre
