1975 CB400F Resto-Mod

Not LED's. Single filament two-wire signals. One wire to orange or blue and one wire to green.

The Stockers wouldn't blink either, but all lights worked. I have a new flasher relay (a solid state one). I have tried it with both Flasher Relays, same result.

Make sure you have the right wires connected if it's only a single filament bulb. Someone asked this a few weeks ago, I'll see if I can did it up later....

I'm disappointed with the lack of new pics you hoarder!!!!

The signals are really finnicky. They are designed to ground through the body of the unit and/or the wire. If they are lighting and not flashing, you have something strange going on in your flasher circuit. It is a positive wire connection that intermittently cuts power. So my guess is that there is a funky connection in the headlight, or a funky connection on the flashed end. Are you using a 2 prong or a 3 prong? The 3 prong has a dedicated ground and works better sometimes. I have the same signals and have had headaches with them before as well.

Justin, try with the bike running, mine won;t flash half the time if I just have the ignition on but as soon as I start up the bike they will flash as the current through the flasher has to be high enough ad if you been playing with the lights the battery can get a bit weak and the stop flashing.

Come to think about it, I think mine actually work "better" when the bike is running.. Give that a shot before you start ripping wires out the headlight..

So, the float is randomly not stuck anymore, and no more overflow.

Got the signals/ears on and in working order. Got the new tail light installed as well.

I like the tail light tucked under there like that, looks good and will keep the fender line nice and tidy.

Still need to adjust the front axle so that the speedo drive engages, but otherwise she is running like a champ.
