Big R said:I say get it inspected and ride the piss out of it. If you want to change anything about the speedo, wait until it rains for a week straight.
Cause you know we get plenty of that in PA!
They are Dunlop K70 Gold tires.mothgils said:what are the specs on the tires? sizes, brand?

Thanks! Stock wheels. I can't really give you an accurate road review as I haven't left my neighborhood yet. From what I can tell so far, they are hard tires, but the tread pattern will probably make up for that in the twisties (we'll find out I guess). I was really after the look more than anything, so performance was secondary to me. I'll let you know more after I've given a more thorough road test.mothgils said:Did you mount them to the stock wheels? How well do the ride/handle? Oh and if it hasn't been said enough, your bike looks killer!!
Thanks! You have to be nominated by someone else for BOTM, I highly doubt this is worthy of running with some of the other bikes I've seen for BOTM. The wiring was fairly simple. the only indicator that wasn't a direct plug-in was the turn signal indicator. I had to add two relays (one for each signal) going into the one indicator light (best way I could think of to keep the current from back feeding into the other turn signal). the speedo was very straightforward. Actually, If you go to their website, http://www.trailtech.net/instructions.html you can find all the install procedures there. I didn't really document the wiring in process as I was going (maybe I should have). Hope this helpsnewguyj said:I think you should put bike up for bike of the month to see what kinda support you'll get...Very Nice!
PS I'd like to see some details on your indicator lights and speedo wiring/installation.

Not really, I removed the carbs for some new jets which should be arriving today ;D I plan on getting it out this weekend a bit though.mothgils said:Have you gotten any riding in yet on those tires? I would love to hear your thoughts on how they handle.
