Get the thread in type pegs and weld a bung to the frame. Its weird using the word bung here but they are useful.

Got the brake situation figured... It'll be a bit until I can tackle it though. Got the frame cleaned up yesterday and made some mid mounts. Well, modified some brackets to use some cool old dirtbike pegs. These are $100+ as a package. I have under $20 in mine.
