Hey Rich... title examiner sounds alright to me. Do you find you have been doing it long enough now that you could do it in your sleep? Gets that way with family law after a while... 90% of the cases covered by 15% of the law... I am not there yet though.

I know people who passed their first time who are terrible lawyers and people who took it multiple times and are excellent lawyers. Since its a standardized test, it really just tests your ability to study and take tests, which most of us struggle with. I'd keep at it if I was you. Did you use a bar prep course?
