Is that an old school Vision board from the 90's?
Jackal is the brand. I assume you're thinking of the old Vision Gator decks. They had a similar graphic scheme.

well i clayed my engine today. i have never timed a twin before and tryed 3 times to get it right, finally i downloaded the manual ::) and got it sorted :-[

i shaved the head a little , i have 1mm clearance at the squish band of the head and have 2mm clearance between the piston and the valves when opening.

all seems fine in my books wont have any super compression but a little more then standard

Those are nice safe numbers. If you really want some "oomph" out of the 360. +2mm on the bore really does the trick.

i was going to go +2mm over but the +.25 piston in there are in good shape so im just reringing it for now.

might just find the parts over time then do it. finding pistons is the fun part. did see a oldskool +2 overbore kit on ebay a few months back.

How much ring gap should i have? cant find any specs. slipped the rings in the bore and they seem like they dont have a lot of gap

about .004" per inch of bore so about .010" is good you use a feeler gauge to check .....and make sure the ring is squared in the bore you can use the piston to slide it square
