Still working on determining the issue I am having... I corrected the timing and points last night, I unfortunately didnt bring the spark plug changer I needed to check if the plugs were good so I am going to go back one more time tonight to see if I can get her done as well as check the rectifier is correctly installed.

The plugs were really bad.. Check it out, I had to also adjust the angle of the float in the carb to get her to fire up.
So here is the video - I am having a tuning issue with getting it to rev lower, thinking I dont have the carb on tight enough maybe its letting air in at the mounting plate!?

Haha, I am going to have to store them in the spank bank for months to come - It will help me get over the winter months!
Guys, I have to say that i am so stoaked that all I have left is a tiny bit of carb tuning... Yeah she sounds really mean as the baffles are welded right into the headers.
I appreciate all the great comments and how much you guys like this... If any of you do decide to go down the road of a Honda 305 dream be sure to let me know and I am happy to lend a wrench as I can honestly say I know this bike better than I know myself.
A few of you want to take her for a rip, come the new season I am open to swapping for a ride together.
I hope to get some really nice pictures ready in the next month or so and will be sure to post them as a finaly!
