Kinda in love with that XL....

I'm watching it to see how high it gets. Really clean scoot... Only thing Honda has to replace it is the CRF250L $4,999.00 MSRP

That has a lot of potential. Unfortunately not viable for the street and those barrels won't work well with a stock transmission, so no good on the track either. Maybe OK to fit an LC top end and make a fun street bike but no title and an RZ would work much better, so maybe a nice idea that won't work too well.

Not mine, but this has potential to be a really good deal for somebody if you don't mind a rebuilt title, under an hour left on it

Look no further...

Chances are the whole chassis is bent. Lot of money.

He says it isn't. Co-worker of mine knows him, says he's an old school straight shooter with about 20 or more other old bikes for sale. I'm trying to get over to his garage this weekend to see the unrestored Iver Johnson he just dropped 100k on.

Yes, that's not a typo. One hundred thousand.

2500 will be hard to part with for it unless you plan to go the mile and or keep it forever... I feel even restored T&M would never pay you back. Very cool RE though 8)

if it hasn't been disassembled and measured how would you know. It could be bent, but not to the naked eye. If it was wrecked bad enough to bend both ends with the forks and the swing arm it makes the frame suspect also. Again, too much money for bent crashed parts.

The CSI in me says it hit square on and those sanctions are no match for a decent hit... then it went air bound and came down on the rim, that would do the deal on the little tube swinger for sure... the story is these are built as race reps with headlamps so those parts are lightened up, the frame is likely OK if you lift the tank and see no damage under the head stock, that thing is a noodle anyway so making it straight wunt be a problem... too much money though, offer $1500 or walk.
