ha, I have probably at least 10 frames with no titles and im willing to bet not one of them is stolen. Just the name of the game with old bikes. most of em got "lost" somewhere along its life or "grandpa died" and the title is gone in the abyss.

Prices are all over the place on those. There are sets for as little as a few hundred and as much as a few thousand. A rear wheel for $95 on the US eBay right now.

The 16 inch rear wheels are literally worthless.
Zero people want them, and even less want to pay money.

The 18 inch rear is hard to find.
19 front fits many different bikes so they are easier to find.

HA are rarer then Lesters, but less people like them. So it is a wash.
