That would have been an improvement. What were they thinking?

I may call on this one just so I can hang out with them for an evening.

If I could smoke enough pot to dream that up...I wouldnt be able to get any work done.
All I can do is, both, laugh, yet marvel at the engineering.

I want to be buried in that thing, w the tail sticking out of the ground as the grave marker.

Before I say anything, I just want to say that there is some really nice work done here. It is well put together and pretty nice IMO (I have a soft spot for the 350's). In saying that 15G's invested??????

There comes a time when you gotta ask yourself... "is it worth it?" He'll be pretty hard pressed to get anywhere near the asking price unfortunately as well. It sucks but, that's the reality when building up these things (especially the 350's).

It IS pretty nice though. :)

15 grand though? God damn!

I believe $15k.....He just overpaid though.... I have 3k in my CB360 and all the labor is mine. I did not do any serious engine work either.

The problem is that rehabbing old motorcycles is not for someone who cannot do most of the labor themselves. It cost me about $400 in parts to replace/relace my rims. No labor cost...and inexpensive rims at that. If I had to pay someone to to the work I have already done, and the work I intend to do, I think I could easily have $15K "invested" to make a $3k motorcycle. As it is, the parts in my bike are worth far more then the bike itself....

At $7500, though, I would be looking at a new bike...That bike, with it's limitations, is a non-rider to me, and not worth more than $1200 to me....that way I have money left to undo some of the mistakes on it.

That's how I saw it too. Guy probably paid to have most work done and purchased new (paid full Canadian retail) stuff. 15 grand would come quick.

Like I said though, at what point do you stop and think......."is this worth it?" when your plan ultimately is to sell.

Something smells fishy on that one bro. Watch out. Even the pic he used is one off a random site and not his.

When I saw the 2500 dollar price tag I was thinking too good to be true and I'm thinking something is up. He knows it's rare, he even says so.

Here's another example of the same bike in B.C.. Mileage is INSANELY low but check out that price. This guy knows what he's got. There is another in T.O. as well for 8 grand but it needs a bit of work. Those bikes are ridiculously cool: and pricey ;)

If you luck out and get a gem for that price...........well..............good on you bro! Just be careful. I'm thinking something ain't right.
