I have a few bits what are you after mate. I have lying around a spare tank, two bottom end engines and a heap of bits im not using on my build like rear light original bits like crappy indercators headlight rear shocks ...... The list goes on.

engine is getting close now. i have it all appart and im awaiting a few last bits:

piston rings
piston clips
tensioner push bar ruber and spring
new cam shaft sprocket

as soon as we have them it will be straight in and off for rego.

Engine is coming Back together now and getting painted, after that there will be a celebration of pics and updates. Hahaha as soon as its done.

At the moment I'm working on the tank getting the new seal on and cap bits together.

As soon as I get the engine back it will be a few days I'm hoping and she will on the road.

Using half gloss black on the engine so I'm hoping it will come out ace.

How did you replace the rubber on the gas cap?

Pulled it apart then slid it on. If you pull the spiked teeth up the whole internal mechanism comes out and it's easy to replace. Check out my help page for more details: search cb200 help pleeeeease.
