Thanks Cory, love to add a slightly extended
swingarm, will see. :D
Got any pics of your set up?

It's all still in it's rideable but ugly stage. Can't wait to start the teardown and rebuild stage. Right now I'm mostly collecting parts, but the exhaust system is pretty much ready, looks like this:

The rest is to come. Cory

Not yet, gunna' wait until I actually start w/ the tear-down and re-build. I've been collecting parts now for ages (years :( ); drag bars, bar end mirrors, headlight mounts (from Mysta2), the mufflers & wrap, CB400F tank, rearsets, taillight (from you), socket head bolts, I know what I'm going to do for a seat, and have picked colors. Still contemplating; clipons, electronic ignition, different carbs, All Balls rollers in the head, and ?. Figuring on electronics & small battery under the seat, remove the electric starter, relocate speedo, relocate key switch, chop the tail of the frame/move the hoop in, no blinkers, swingarm mount part of the old front fender as a hugger fender, and lower the tach. I'd put the tach in the headlight bucket if I could find a suitable one. I like the drum brakes and they are adequate for what I do so no switch to disks is planned. (Jeez, sorry to hijack your thread!)

Thanks man! I made the seat myself, found instructions here. I've had a few people interested, and may create a mould, if your interest in the future just pm me your email
and I can send you an update if I start building seats.
Thanks Peter

Keep it up!

Re: CB360 Project: Lucky 7even! (Snow day-clip-ons)

Probably one of the best looking bikes I have ever seen. Outstanding work and style! I am hopefully getting a Cb360 very soon and I will be pleased if it ends up looking half as cool as yours.

Thanks for posting this build blog. I learned a ton. Again BEAUTIFUL bike. Congrats

Re: CB360 Project: Lucky 7even! (Snow day-clip-ons)

Great bike Pete! Seeing this machine is what made me look for and find a CB360, it's been 3 weeks since I located my 1974 and she's almost ready for reassembly to start!

She`s a true beauty and an example of what a CB360 Café can and should look like 8)

Re: CB360 Project: Lucky 7even! (clip-ons finished up) Mar14/11

How did you get your master cylinder so clean? Is it new old stock? painted? Then how did you get the warning sticker?

Re: CB360 Project: Lucky 7even! (clip-ons finished up) Mar14/11

Looks great Pete! Has this thing been BOTM yet?

Re: CB360 Project: Lucky 7even! (clip-ons finished up) Mar14/11

Very nice. That cleaned up the front nicely, not that it was a mess before. I second Diesel, if this hasn't been BOTM yet it DEFINITELY needs to be. Still one of the best I've seen. Great job.

Re: CB360 Project: Lucky 7even! (clip-ons finished up) Mar14/11

Thanks guys!
Spot the cap is the stock paint but I did
paint the master cyclinder.
Yep! BOTM last July. :)
Thanks again.

Re: CB360 Project: Lucky 7even! (clip-ons finished up) Mar14/11

I couldn't find it in the build just passing through. Did you build the seat yourself? If not where did it come from/what model is it.

Love the bike btw!
