I'll keep it short, 1976 CB360T. New plugs, new battery, used to start in first kick and electric start would work too. Now electric start does nothing but make the dash go dimmer, can kick it as much as I want with no results. Bike was running fine as of 20 minutes ago but as I got closer to home it wouldn't idle and I had to keep it at around 1800 RPM at the stop lights to keep it alive. I suspect alternator but I did checked it, used the multimeter, recorded the voltage at idle (around 11 volts) and when rpm increases the number goes to around 12-13V. This checks out no? What are my other options? I just bought the bike, service records state that a year ago the wiring was re-done and the R/R replaced. So I'm really stumped here.... Shed some light on this oh cafe gurus?
