I'll have mine running soon enough too - the headers aren't on the critical path - just something I want to get done at some point. I'd rather spend $$$ on nice stainless custom headers than another set of chrome ones.
Looks like stock XS650 headers are 1.5" O.D. tubing.
That paint work is insane! Well done. I'm interested to see how the pipes turn out. At first pass, the bend diameter looks really big, but it could just be the pics. Should be cool nonetheless.

Pins look good man!! I love good pinstriping. Canadian cigerettes make me chortle. You all put some seriously negative shit on your packs LOL. And snuff comes in a can a 1/4 of the size of a regular US can. F-ed up man LOL.

I can't handle it anymore! Get those damn tins on there!!!!! Looks freaking amazing. I think the rear tire is a bit beefy for my tastes, maybe a skinnier ribbed firstone, but I can dig it.
