Love the bike so far. Great job. How did you get the intake manifold to seal tightly against the carb body? I am interested in making something similar for my little bike.


Also, how is that little bike speedo working for you? Another great idea!

I joined the carbs to the intake by using rubber plumbing couplers. They're extremely long, so I cut them to half the length and got twice the use out of them!

The bike computer works great! I JB Welded the magnet for the sensor to the frame. I used a Sigma computer, the only bicycle computer that goes up to motorcycle speeds. The only down side is that it doesn't have a night light. Maybe a more expensive model does.

Just a quick update: the color has changed, but not much else. This was a quick paint job after attempting to teach the girlfriend how to ride on her. That's probably enough said. But, I'm liking red!
