Hey gang. I'm in the middle of top end engine dissassembly on my 1980 cb750, and I'm trying to remove the cylinder head. My manual gives me good instructions on how to remove both cams by manipulation the cam chain tensioners to slacken so as to remove the cams. Done. After slowly removing all 12 head bolts and loosening the head, the only thing holding it down is the rear cam chain tensioner. I've removed both bolts from the rear of the engine, and she's loose, but the bolts dont want to fully retract into the cam chain tunnel so it can be removed. Ideas?
