Happy fifth birthday dtt!

Happy Birthday DTT!

It's the people that make it amazing. Especially the people work hard to keep it running! Thank you all!

wow!!.. has it really been that long since we moved over from Caferacer.ca? Geeezzz. time flies when you're having fun!

I guess this warrants a "Most Memorable Posts in the last 5 years" thread... I'll see what oldies but goodies I can dig up... Anyone have any past favs? - Kick it DTT Old Skool... REtro Posts...

I like to think of it more along the lines that it's been 5 years since this site was launched and people started coming here and brought their friends with them, as we didn't 'move' anybody or drag anyone kicking and screaming.

DTT has always been an open and honest place to hang out and share ideas, and the number of members that have joined, especially in the last 2-3 years is due entirely to every one of the nearly 15,000 people who have taken the time to sign up and the 60,000 people who drop in on us and benefit from the hundreds of thousands of posts containing (mostly) useful info and knowledge that will ensure future generations are able to easily find the information they need to restore that 100 year old 1975 XS650.

Keep spreading the word, asking questions, giving answers where you can. Share ideas, post pictures, write your stories. Look back on your own work years down the road - better than any paper diary.

So true! Who needs a personal journal when you have DTT! ;) Makes it all the more rad!

Happy birthday DT!

Been on here since late 2008 myself after lurking etc for a while beforehand. Great site made greater by the great people and builds on it, could get greater. Seriously though, big hand for the admins and everyone whos made it what it is.

Cheers - boingk
