Hey gents,
I've been searching for an affordable, well-rated pair of tires for the 1973 CB350 we've restored. The current shoes are dried our from sitting in a barn for 20 years. From what I can tell - the stock rubber is 90/90 18 (front) and 100/90 18 (rear).
I'm finding good fronts, and good rears... but no brand+style that offers BOTH in respective stock sizes.
With no pairing readily available - is it alright to run differing style tires up front and in the back? It seems to be our only option.
For example, the Shinko 712s come well-recommended and have a rear that matches the factory tire size, but not a front factory match. Could I run for instance, a Kenda 671 up front with it?
Ready to click "order" as soon as someone with experience gives me the thumbs up. Cheers 8)
Thanks!
